Welcome to our cozy motel nestled in the heart of beautiful Chapleau, Ontario. Ian and Bill, the proud owners of this charming establishment, and we’d like to share our story with you.

Our Journey:

Our paths crossed in a rather unexpected way – over a game of poker. Little did we know that this chance meeting would ignite a friendship that would eventually lead us here. Ian, hailing from a background in landscape business, and Bill, an expert in mortgages, found common ground and shared dreams.

Chapleau, Ontario:

Chapleau holds a special place in our hearts. It’s a place that speaks to our souls and captures the essence of Northern Ontario. Ian used to come here as a young boy, drawn to the pristine waters and the thrill of fishing. Those fond memories inspired us to create a haven for travelers seeking the same sense of adventure, relaxation, and connection with nature that Chapleau offers.

Community Involvement:

In addition to our charming motel, Bill also owns another establishment in a northern Ontario community called Rolly’s Restaurant & Motel located in Ramore. We’re deeply committed to the communities we’re a part of, and we take pride in contributing to their growth and well-being.

Our Passion:

Beyond our shared business ventures, both of us share a profound love for the great outdoors. Whether it’s Ian’s passion for fishing, or Bill’s appreciation for the natural beauty that surrounds us, we’re dedicated to sharing our love for this region with our guests.
