48-Hour Cancellation Policy

At Chapleau Motel, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure fairness to all our guests, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in will not be charged and any deposit will be fully refunded.

Late Cancellations:
If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of check-in, one night’s stay (plus taxes) will be charged to the card on file.

No Shows:
Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged for one night’s stay and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled.

Group or Extended Stay Bookings:
For group reservations or stays longer than 7 nights, a longer notice period may apply — please contact us directly for details.
